I’ve spent the bulk of the last month building custom cherry cabinets for my kitchen. I got them moved onto my porch yesterday. Now the hard work begins. I have 3-1/2 weeks to rip all the crap cabinets out, do a bunch of electrical work, carve in a hoo d vent, install the cabinets, seal the cabinets with polyurethane, paint the kitchen, redo the floors, etc, etc. No problem, right?
Oh yeah, I still have to make all the cabinet doors.
*GULP!*
Wish me luck that the asshole local building inspector doesn't notice! Luckily my nieghbors are cool.

I need to learn to do this. Our house desperately needs a large bookshelf and a built in bar

Pocket screws make it so much easier than it used to be. I used to feel guilty about using them, because it felt like cheating. Then I bought some very very expensive American made bedroom furniture. It is entirely assembled with pocket screws. I don’t feel guilty anymore.
I’m sure us you searched you tube for videos on how to use a kreg jig, you'll find all kinds of stuff on how to use them.
